Welcome! I am ecstatic to connect with you and I speak upon you Inner Wealth! I am Ameer Naseer! My plant-based wholistic health and wellness journey began at the young age of 20 when I lived and studied abroad in Cape Town, South Africa during my junior year in college. While abroad, I adopted a vegetarian eating regimen. Upon my return to America, I fully committed to a plant-based wholistic lifestyle. Throughout my journey from living in South Africa and returning to America, I experienced gut health issues that affected my brain health, emotional health, and spiritual health altogether. After I answered God’s call by committing to a plant-based wholistic lifestyle, I didn’t know my life would change eternally!

I am an Inner Wealth Champion, Certified Plant-Based Nutritionist, Exercise Physiology Enthusiast, Black Men’s Health Advocate, Writer, Poet, Speaker, Philosopher, graduate student studying functional and integrative nutrition with a concentration in sports nutrition through a functional medicine lens, and Creator of Afya Organic™! Afya Organic™ is a preventive and proactive plant-based wholistic nutrition company that prevents dis-ease of the mind, body, soul, and spirit and creates optimal health outcomes for plant-based health-conscious individuals through plant-based superfoods and herbs in approximately 10 dimensions of health that are non-gmo, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, free from added sugars, free from additives, and free from preservatives.
